Press "Shift + H" to extend or retract the tailhook of the plane.
Additionally, if you like to see the tailhook up and down animation, then
Hit the key "D ".

When Keyboard Command for Flight Sim/CFS1 is set,
Press "Shift + G" to extend or retract the tailhook of the plane.
Additionally, if you like to see the tailhook up and down animation, then
Hit the key "/ ".
